An innovative project in the noblest area of ​​the Algerian capital, the Atlas Office Tower, is located in the “Quartier” of Bab Ezzouar in Algiers, next to the airport and where are the most recent and modern buildings in the city, a privileged place for headquarters of national and international companies, and some internationally renowned hotels as well.

A project budgeted at more than 40 million dollars, with 4 buried floors, which forced to create a peripheral containment made by piles and 4 level anchors, given that the adjacent buildings, also business towers, are completely attached to the project. Above the threshold level, the building has 12 floors, and at the ground floor level, a double height ceiling, challenged the teams in its execution.

With a high-level concrete quality, the Atlas project is also the first building in Algeria, to follow all procedures in its construction, in order to obtain Breeam certification (Building Rechearch Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) environmental certification of buildings.
